I can only imagine how uncomfortable and upset that must have made you, and I hate that I caused you that pain. It was never my intention to make you feel that way, but I see now how my choice of words didn’t take your feelings into account. You deserve to feel safe and valued in our conversations, and I regret that I made you feel otherwise. I’m taking full responsibility for my actions and understand that I need to do better. To make things right, I’m committed to being more mindful of my words moving forward. I want to improve our communication so that we can talk openly without any fear of discomfort.
